Leadership Team

At New City, elders serve as pastor-shepherds who help our church know Jesus deeply, love one another well, and live out the mission God has given us. They lead by teaching, preaching, counseling, praying, equipping, and overseeing the church's ministries.

Beyond New City, our elders also serve in para-church communities, invest in developing future pastors through our residency program, and partner with other churches for kingdom impact. We are grateful for the faithful elders God has provided.

Our deacons are an incredible group of servant-leaders. They work alongside our elders to care for the church, support the ministry, and help equip our people for the mission God has given us.

In addition to their work within New City, you will often find them partnering with other churches and organizations for the good of our community and the glory of Christ. This team is a tangible expression of God’s grace to New City Church.
